Explorer | Salzburg

S A L Z B U R G such a lovely and beautiful city !!

It was my aunts idea to visit Salzburg on our way back to Germany, I was so fascinated by this idea that I really wanted to go and see Salzburg! I love being spontaneous and that’s why I told my parents one day before leaving Croatia that we need to stop in Salzburg for 2 days and that I found a beautiful and cheap Hotel in the center of Salzburg. Thankfully my mum was also interested to ago, so a day later we were on our way to Salzburg in northern Austria.
We arrived in our Hotel around 8 pm, showered, changed and went out to explore Salzburg at night. A really good thing was that our hotel was really central and the old city was easy to reach by walking. We took a few photos and went to a bar to have some cocktails.
The next day was full of exploring, after having breakfast at our hotel we went out at 9am to have the complete day in Salzburg.
Our first stop was the old city where we visited the Birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Mozart was born and raised in Salzburg before he left for Vienna. It was really interesting to see all those original things from him and to be in the house his family lived in. The craziest thing was probably that his original hair was in a little showcase. After the Museum we went a bit walking around the City. The Mirabell Schloss has a beautiful garden and as a perfect souvenir from Salzburg I got real Mozart kugeln ( and a piece of raspberry cake haha )
I’ve read that the most beautiful view over Salzburg is from the Hohensalz Fortress, a Fortress on a really high mountain. Of course we went up and YES the view over the city was unbelievable. If you ever planning to go to Salzburg you need to go up, It’s so beautiful especially with the alps behind.
After all of the Sightseeing we did the actual thing what we wanted to do in Salzburg. About 15km away from Salzburg in a small village called Bad Dürrnberg was a Salt mine.
We had an one hour tour 210 m under the ground, it felt surreal and weird to walk around so deep down and they showed us how  the salt was made and produced. It was very very interesting!!
I love trips where I can learn something and will stay forever in my head.

My outfit was perfect for the weather, after being 10 days in Croatia with everyday 30 degree celsius, it was definitely weird wearing long pants again. I love this color combo because this rose colored blouse from pull and bear which I bought in London is perfect for a city trip. It’s flowy and you do not really sweat! Compared with some basic white jeans, I mean white jeans are always perfect no matter what top you wearing :)

Italian feelings | VENICE

Back in the most beautiful city in the world  V E N E Z I A ❤️
I'm already back in Croatia for a my last day here before heading to Salzburg in Austria.

I was so so excited to take the boat from Croatia to Italy because I have never experienced a border crossing by boat. We took the boat from Poreč directly to the Port of Venice and it was a two hour ride. The boat was really modern and nice looking, the staffs were really kind and translated us everything in our languages. On the boat were sold snacks and coffee and the most delicious chocolate brioche. When we arrived in Italy I directly looked for Gelato, I definitely missed the ice cream here!! I was so excited to see my cousins reaction after eating real Italian ice cream for the very first time (it also was the first time in Italy).
I think Venice is a city you can't explore in one day, it is my third time here and I have never stayed longer in Venice than one day. I realized that it's definitely not enough for this city because first there is so much to see and second Venice is sooo big and has so much to offer. Everytime I'm in Venice I see something new, new places, new streets, new architecture and this time we had the chance to see how the venetians make their famous Burano glass. Burano glass is a very thin glass type and it's all handmade. We went inside the factory and a man showed us how he creates those little figures out of glass. After all the sightseeing we decided to take a Gondola, I mean what's a Venice trip without a ride on the Gondola??
Our Gondoleur was called Lorenzo and he was really nice to us and informed us about everything we need to know about beautiful Venezia. Even though a ride on the Gondola is very expensive I think it's a experience of life!
For my outfit I decided to wear something dolce vita like 🇮🇹 a HM maxi skirt with a striped off the shoulder top. I really like this look because it was easy to walk around with it and it was flowy and definitely comfortable , which was really important for me.

I hope you like my look and my little Venice impression post

Striped in Rovinj

What a wonderful day in beautiful R O V I N J.
Today was one of the best days in Croatia, after seeing so many beautiful things here I realized that Croatia is so much more than everyone says. It’s my second time in Croatia and this time I understand why everyone is coming here.
We took the boat to Rovinj to explore the city a bit and when we arrived we had this beautiful front scene of the city. I took the longest to take pictures and I took tons of them haha.
Rovinj is like Venice just smaller and not so hyped but It’s definitely worth the trip.
I couldn’t stop taking pictures of every little corner in the city, I love old city’s and old architecture especially when the houses are colorful.
I’m so happy to had the chance to see this wonderful city, sadly we only had 2 hours but I think we made the best out of them.
My look reminds me of a simple summer street style look from NY
I love this striped thight dress together with some sneakers and bomber jacket all from Bershka.
My sunnies are brand new because I bought them a few minutes later when we arrived in Rovinj, I’m so happy for my little Souvenir :)
